1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, completing the assessment, or purchasing digital blueprints on Replete Trader Diagnostic™ (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Educational & Self-Assessment Nature Only

Replete Trader Diagnostic™ is an educational analysis and performance evaluation platform. All diagnostic tests, Trading Maturity Scores™, primary constraint evaluations, archetype breakdowns, and personalized blueprints are generated strictly to help independent traders audit their behavioral tendencies, risk management habits, and process rigor.

The tools, scores, charts, and blueprints do NOT constitute financial analysis, investment recommendations, securities advice, trading signals, portfolio management, or financial planning.

3. Regulatory Status & Non-SEBI Registered Entity

Replete Equities and Sachin Sival are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor (RIA), Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager, or Stock Broker.

We do not publish target prices, buy/sell entry levels, stop-loss price calls, options tip sheets, or market timing signals. You must independently consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before undertaking real-money financial investments or derivatives trades.

4. Products, Programs & Pricing

We offer transparent, tiered products and diagnostic solutions:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Pricing is subject to change at our discretion for future purchases, but changes will not impact previously completed transactions.

5. Payments & Merchant Processing

Payments on the Platform are processed through verified, compliant third-party payment gateways (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. and Stripe). We do not store or process sensitive payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or net-banking credentials on our servers.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment instrument and that sufficient funds/credit are available to complete the purchase.

6. Digital Product Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment verification for the Personalized Trading Performance Blueprint (₹999), digital access is unlocked instantly on-screen and delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. You retain persistent digital access to review your generated Blueprint report via the Platform's Report Retrieval tool.

7. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Because the Personalized Trading Performance Blueprint is an instantaneously generated, customized digital product based upon your specific assessment inputs, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access is granted.

In cases of technical errors (such as duplicate charges or platform delivery failures), our support team will issue a prompt resolution or refund upon verification. For complete refund parameters, refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Derivatives Trading Risk & User Autonomy

Trading equity derivatives (Futures & Options), commodities, and leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of capital loss. SEBI statistical studies indicate that over 90% of individual traders in the equity F&O segment incur net financial losses.

You agree that all trading decisions, order executions, position sizing choices, and capital allocations are executed solely at your own discretion and risk. Replete Equities, Sachin Sival, and the Platform accept no responsibility or liability for any financial losses or damages incurred.

9. User Eligibility & Account Accuracy

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when completing diagnostic questionnaires and checkout forms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, trademarks, trade names, diagnostic algorithms, questionnaires, scoring methodologies, UI designs, Blueprint templates, and text on this Platform are the exclusive property of Replete Equities and Sachin Sival.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and utilize your generated diagnostic report. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, white-label, or reverse-engineer the assessment logic or platform materials without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

While using our Platform, you agree not to:

• • Exploit or circumvent payment verification mechanisms or access tokens.
• • Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated bots, or data-scraping scripts.
• • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person, or submit fraudulent payment data.
• • Claim affiliation with or endorsement by SEBI, Replete Equities, or Sachin Sival.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Replete Equities, Sachin Sival, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of capital, loss of profits, system downtime, or data corruption.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Replete Equities for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Replete Equities and Sachin Sival against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your trading or investing activities, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

15. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
