Operating Entity Notice: This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital goods, diagnostic blueprints, and mentoring sessions purchased on Replete Trader Diagnostic™, operated by Replete Equities, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sachin Sival.
1. Product Tiers & Pricing
Cost: ₹0 (Free). No payment or credit card required.
Cost: ₹999 (One-time digital purchase). Immediate access unlock.
Cost: ₹4,999. 2-hour scheduled 1-on-1 private audit session.
Cost: ₹14,999. Structured comprehensive educational program.
2. Personalized Trading Blueprint (₹999)
The Personalized Trading Performance Blueprint is an instantaneously delivered, custom-generated digital product formulated from your unique assessment responses.
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of personalized reports, purchases of the ₹999 Blueprint are generally non-refundable once unlocked and accessed.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We operate with integrity and want every customer to have a smooth experience. You are fully entitled to a 100% refund in any of the following circumstances:
- •Duplicate Billing: If your account was charged more than once for the same assessment transaction due to a gateway timeout or network glitch.
- •Technical Delivery Failure: If payment was deducted but our system failed to unlock or deliver your Blueprint, and our technical support is unable to restore access within 24 hours of notice.
- •Unauthorized Fraudulent Charge: If a transaction was processed fraudulently on your card without your knowledge, upon proper verification from your bank.
4. Trading Clarity Session (₹4,999) Cancellation Policy
For scheduled 1-on-1 private consultation sessions:
- • Rescheduling / Cancellation > 24 Hours in Advance: You may reschedule your session at zero additional cost, or request a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the appointed time.
- • Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours) or No-Shows: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved specialist time, with the remainder refunded or credited toward a future slot.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email our support team directly:

- 2. Cashfree Payment ID / Stripe Transaction Reference Number
- 3. Assessment ID or Date of Purchase
- 4. Brief explanation of the issue encountered
6. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your refund request is verified and approved:
- • Our team processes the refund authorization within 1–2 business days.
- • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) via Cashfree / Stripe within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycle.
7. Friendly Resolution & Chargebacks
We are committed to fair customer service. If you have any billing dispute or query, please reach out to us at support@repleteequities.com before initiating an unannounced chargeback with your card issuer. We resolve all legitimate complaints promptly.
